The short version: if you send me a message, I use your information to get back to you. That's it. I don't sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone to market to you.
What I collect
When you use the contact form, you send me your name, email, your phone number if you add it, and your message. I only see what you choose to type.
How I use it
- To answer your question or follow up on what you asked about.
- To keep a record of our conversation if we end up working together.
I won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be on one.
Who else handles it
This site is hosted by Netlify, which receives and stores contact form messages so they can reach me. Fonts load from Google Fonts. The video player on The Otter Report page comes from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode, so YouTube only sets cookies once you press play.
Links to home search and my home valuation page go to other sites, including John L. Scott's. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
Want something deleted?
Just ask. Email virginiaotter@gmail.com or call or text 425-221-1670, and I'll remove what you've sent me.
